  • Directly driven, presettable dynamic sheet brake decelerates the sheet in a safe and controlled manner. Settings are automatic as the preset data are used.
  • Reliable pile separation and uninterrupted production thanks to fully automatic non-stop system with movable belt table.

The washup devices –
intelligent and economical washing

  • Extremely short washing times combined with outstanding washup results thanks to program-controlled blanket washup devices for blanket and impression cylinder.
  • Automatic selection of the optimal washup program for the inking unit and blanket and impression cylinders based on the level of soiling thanks to intelligent Wash Assistant.

Sheet travel and perfecting device –

  • The variable AirTransfer system with dynamic sheet spacing control provides contact-free sheet travel based on a characteristic profile, ensuring outstanding print quality in straight printing and perfecting.
  • Precise registration and gentle sheet guidance across a wide range of substrates, from lightweight materials up to substrate thicknesses of 0.8 millimeter for perfecting machines due to perfecting device with fully automatic adjustment.

The inking unit and dampening unit –
quality in a nutshell

  • Significant reduction in makeready times, especially when ink changes are frequent, thanks to Hycolor Multidrive, which enables the inking unit to be washed while other makeready processes are ongoing.
