Are you juggling contracts for services and consumables and spending too much time on administrative tasks and negotiations?
The new Print Site Contracts make your production more efficient and more economical by minimizing downtimes related to processes
and users and increasing the overall efficiency of your machines.
Whether consumables, services, software, consulting, training or equipment solutions, Print Site Contracts come in four scalable contract packages
with different levels of output and payment methods, all tailored according to your needs.
We work with you to find the right solution and define which products should be included in the contract. We optimize the processes
and look after the supply chain. You benefit from first-rate service from a single source.
Print Site Contracts grow with requirements.
They are scalable, and can be extended by adding other modules from “Lifecycle Smart” to “Lifecycle Plus”, “Subscription Smart”, and “Subscription Plus”. The Lifecycle packages contain everything you need for stable printing operation and are billed on a monthly basis according to the level of output. The Subscription packages additionally include the benefits of a complete system. In this case, payment is based on an agreed printing volume.

The Heidelberg Group is looking to further increase the volume of business with its digital usage-based Subscription Plus model as well as further develop it to a mutual Equipment as a Service (“EaaS”) model by entering into a strategic partnership with the Munich Re Group. With this cross-industry partnership, the two companies are pooling their strengths.
Munich Re as the new contract partner under the new EaaS model takes over the financing of the machine, while Heidelberg is delivering everything which is needed for running your business.
This strategic cooperation provides our common end customers with entirely new and disruptive business and production opportunities.
