Inkjet system at the feeder for print sheet serialization. The sheets are imprinted with consecutive numbers during sheet infeed. Due to the integration in the press control system, the system detects the start of production and automatically compensates for the press speed. The system is operated at the Prinect Press Center and at the feeder display. The imprinted number is transmitted to the Prinect Production Manager via the Prinect Press Center for logging purposes.
Positioned in the first printing unit, the suction brush removes paper dust and hickeys from the printing material surface, collected in a filter box. Significantly fewer washup procedures are the result.

For printing rainbow effects with controlled mixture of two or more colors. Very good color stability for short and high runs can be achieved with this modular system. One or more units can be equipped with the “sit on top” ink fountain, which stands for fast change-over and easy handling, each unit can be prepared.
Ink mist extraction in each printing unit for effective protection against escaping ink mist, less emissions in the print shop ensure better working conditions for the printer.
