Why study - and why this particular degree?
In the dual business engineering program, I had a lot of freedom with regard to my choices and was able to get to know many different topics during the theory and practical phases. This was important because my specific interests only emerged during my studies, especially with regard to digital innovations, software development and process optimization.

Exciting future topics in the industrial sector, such as printed electronics, e-mobility, and data-driven business models.

The varied work on important projects in international teams, where you can learn a lot from dedicated colleagues.
Most interesting project during my studies?
Inventing, developing and marketing a software solution that enables 3D planning and augmented reality for production and service.

Head of IT Future Lab, part-time lecturer at DHBW in the field of business informatics.
How do I see my future?
Helping to shape and implement HEIDELBERG's transformation into a technology group, developing digital business models and innovative software solutions such as the IoT backend and app for Amperfied GmbH, establishing a modern and global IT landscape, personnel responsibility.
My tips for prospective students
Show an open mind towards new challenges. It is especially important to be open to people, but also to technologies and trends. Take a critical look at the apps and platforms you use in everyday life and don't just be a "user/consumer".
