The letter should be brief and accurate in content, i.e. typos and spelling mistakes as well as incorrect addresses or contact persons from an application to another company will be judged negatively and can sometimes be a deciding factor. The letter should be brief as it should above all spark an interest in the applicant and not present the entire resume. The letter should cover a maximum of one page.
The resume is now only created in tabular form - handwritten resumes are out - and must contain the following information:

Hobbies say a lot about a person - but do not list too many hobbies and only include the main ones - otherwise, you could give the impression that leisure time is more important than your career.
One of the criteria for selecting future trainees or students is the online test. Once your complete application has reached us, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to the online test. Depending on the choice of profession or study program, the test takes between 75 and 120 minutes. It can be paused for a break at your discretion.
If you make the shortlist, you will be invited for an interview. Final selection is determined by the interview. The main focus is on the applicant’s personality, commitment, motivation and skills. The interview is the most important selection criterion. Applicants should therefore prepare conscientiously, wear appropriate clothing and arrive on-time.
As a general rule: If you cannot come to your appointment or do not wish to purse your application further, it is good manners to inform the company of this as soon as possible.
