At the Annual General Meeting on July 24, 2025, the remuneration system for the members of the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG was confirmed under agenda item 7, “Resolution on the remuneration of Supervisory Board members and amendment of Section 16 of the Articles of Association.” Agenda item 7 itself was approved by a majority of 99.61%.
