The Supervisory Board discussed the appropriateness of Management Board remuneration and the structure of the remuneration system during the year under review. This was also done in connection with the agreement and review of target agreements with Management Board members. The parameters for measuring the variable remuneration components were also discussed and, in respect of the long-term variable remuneration components, adjusted in line with the requirements of the current loan agreement and its financial covenants.
