Erdogan and Ersin started their training at HEIDELBERG together in 1998 – one as a machinist, the other as an industrial mechanic. Today, both hold positions of responsibility: Erdogan coordinates new customer projects in small casting, while Ersin manages various projects in the Projects and Systems department. They were joined in 2007 by their youngest brother, Erdinc, who, after completing his training and studying mechanical engineering, is now head of planning in the foundry.
What connects them is not only their workplace, but also a deep understanding of each other – both professionally and privately. “Working at HEIDELBERG has definitely brought us even closer together,” say the three.
“We also get to know each other very well on a professional level, which strengthens our relationship.” The fact that they complement each other is evident not only in their family life, but also in their everyday work. Each brings their own strengths to the table, and they take it for granted that they can exchange ideas on an equal footing – very much in keeping with the “HEIDELBERG spirit,” which they feel has shaped their development.
For the brothers, HEIDELBERG is more than just an employer: “We identify 100% with the company and its products. The opportunities for personal development, social responsibility, and respectful interaction make HEIDELBERG special to us.”
