The 11th generation of POLAR high-speed cutters begins with POLAR N 78. It is distinguished by its future-orientated platform for simple network integration and well-proven technology with a new design.

POLAR N 92 high-speed cutters are employed for cutting semi-finished and finished half-size products made of paper, cardstock, paperboard, plastic foils etc.
Even the standard equipment of this cutter model includes a wide range of features which allow to increase production by up to 20%.
Formats with diagonals up to 920 mm can be conveniently turned on the high-speed cutter. When dealing with larger sizes the material can only be turned on the front table.

By adding a gripper loading system, the high-speed cutter can be complemented to form a central component in a PACE system.

The High-Speed Cutter POLAR Autotrim M 137 is the core component of the LabelSystem SC-20 for the efficient production of square-cut labels. The material is fed manually via the front table or automatically via the rear table. First the material is cut in stripes by the operator. Now they are positioned in the high-speed cutter and before cutting the stripes are arranged on the rear table with their sides precisely aligned (lateral adjusting gauge). Afterwards the several labels are cut. After the labels have been cut, they are arranged on the front table (aligning station) and a deloading device pushes them out into the BM-105 multi-station bander.

POLAR TwinClamp high-speed cutters were especially developed to meet the demands of the securities printing sector. Uneven inking, perforations or embossing (e.g. with bank notes) cause substantial height differences in the material, within one and the same ream. If such products are cut on common guillotine-type cutters cutting tolerances are inevitable. TwinClamp cutting machines are able to compensate such height differences and in this way allow to work with a higher clamp opening and still obtain a uniform cutting precision.
