The PowderStar Pro for straight printing presses and the PowderStar Pro Duo for perfecting presses are the high-performance systems for even, finely dosed powder distribution. The unique nozzle technology with stabilizing air ensures reliable production with minimal powder consumption. The automatic adjustment of the substrate width and the automatic speed compensation reduce powder consumption. For easy operation from the Prinect Press Center, it is fully integrated into the machine control system.
The PowderStar XL Duo is the top performance system for the highest production requirements. Compared to the PowderStar Pro Duo, it ensures up to 35 percent less machine and environmental pollution. The integrated powder shutter ensures that unused powder between two consecutive sheets is vacuumed directly into the CleanStar and thus does not get into the machine or the environment.
The optional Powder Assistant supports the operator in the optimal setting of the required amount of powder. It is available for the PowderStar Pro and XL Duo powder machines.
InsertStar is the tape inserter system integrated into the delivery. It combines a run counting function and a marking function for waste sheets in a single device – all controlled via the Prinect Press Center. These functions make InsertStar unique on the market.
