The Diana Easy folding carton gluing machine was developed specifically for the low- to mid-volume segment. The machine features a fast and convenient setup process, a user-friendly design, and the highest quality standards. With a maximum machine speed of up to 400 m/min, the Diana Easy is perfectly equipped to handle a wide range of applications in 85 cm and 115 cm formats, with a board length of up to 60 cm. The materials that can be processed range from 200–600 g/m² for solid board and up to E-flute for corrugated board.
An intelligent setup system based on a PLC control concept significantly reduces the manual effort and time required for setup processes. SmartSet saves all settings for repeat jobs and enables fast and reliable reproducibility. For the initial setup, DigiSet calculates the required settings, such as the roller flange positions. DriveSet is a standalone extension and can be combined with both SmartSet and DigiSet. It supports the setup process through motorized adjustments that are conveniently operated via toggle switches.
Designed for efficiency: With an extended press stroke, precise pressure zone control, and optimized belt brackets, the new discharge system takes ease of use and process reliability to a new level.
By retaining the design concept of the Diana X and Diana Smart model series, many attachments and accessories from these models can also be used with the Diana Easy - and vice versa.
