WINTIPAK AG a Swiss based leading global provider of aseptic packaging material solutions for liquid food applications, is consistently advancing its technological capabilities through a major investment: by selecting the Boardmaster inline flexo printing press from Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG), the company is strategically expanding its production capacity at its German site in Halle and laying the foundation for maximum efficiency and flexibility. The highly innovative printing system enables extremely fast job changes and production speeds of up to 600 meters per minute. As carton board represents the most valuable raw material within production, waste reduction plays a key role in improving both sustainability and cost efficiency. With the new Boardmaster technology, startup waste can be reduced by up to 90 percent. Due to job changes completed within seconds, the Boardmaster inline flexo printing press will enable WINTIPAK to produce multiple orders per day at lowest production cost, while maintaining consistently high quality standards. With this investment, WINTIPAK underlines its ambition to set new economic and sustainable benchmarks in the aseptic packaging industry through forward-looking technologies.

German WINTIPAK facility plays a key role in the company's expansion strategy
In summer 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for a new production hall at the German production site marked another important milestone in the company’s continued expansion strategy. To manage increasing production volumes and future growth requirements, additional printing capacity will be required.
An extensive evaluation process was carried out among different technology suppliers before the final decision was made in favor of the Boardmaster, including the scanner solution Intellimatch.
