Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG has been informed that Mr. Moritz Mueller, London, has published a voluntary public offer to purchase shares in Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (WKN/ ISIN: 731400/ DE0007314007) in the German Federal Gazette on March 3, 2020.
Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG points out that the company has no connection whatsoever with Mr. Mueller and that Mr. Mueller is not known to the company. The shareholders of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG are not obliged to accept Mr. Mueller's offer.
Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG has already contacted BaFin for non-compliance with regulatory requirements in connection with the offer; the case is currently being reviewed by the authorities.
