What started as a part time operation run on one printing press and an Apple computer, has since expanded to become one of the premier operations in western Massachusetts, now operating in a spatial 20,000 sq. ft. facility. "Our growth can be attributed to our ability to integrate emerging technologies into our operations, but more than that, on the unwavering dedication of our team, who work to produce quality products each and every time — at a pace that exceeds that of our competition," says Jim Sullivan.

Jim Sullivan grew up in the printing field. At nine years old, he was producing print products in the family's cellar, supervised by his dad, Ed. His dad taught him about quality and his mom guided him with his finances. At 24, Jim presented a business plan to the bank and established his printing company in a one car garage. You won't catch Jim in a suit and tie; he is a blue collar guy who wears running shoes to keep up with the pace of the print industry.

Kelly Sullivan has been involved in the print business since the 1980s. Her depth of experience in designing a variety of projects and her innovative mindset makes her the leading force in our company. Her knowledge of the print industry has helped customers save thousands of dollars per year. She also works closely with vendors and addresses customer financial concerns.

In earlier this year, The Small Business Administration (SBA) named Jim and Kelly the 2023 Small Business Persons of the Year for Massachusetts. The award ceremony was held in Washington DC. They were also invited to the White House.
