“The sound of the Heidelberg printing presses in full swing, with its effect reminiscent of African drums, is music to our employees’ ears. That’s why we chose ‘African drum’ as the sound logo that we use for presentations and even have performed live at events,” explains Yuliia Ganusova, CEO of Sitall Print Shop in Krasnoyarsk (Siberia). “But it’s not just the sound that’s unique. The AutoPlate Pro system reduces our makeready times, the Anicolor Booster lets us greatly expand the ink density at the push of a button, the new feeder can slow the sheet if necessary by 30 percent and guarantees secure sheet travel without stoppers even for heavy materials. This saves us a lot of time with short runs and reduces our costs,” explains Yuliia Ganusova.
The print shop has been a pioneer in the field of high-end printing right from its establishment 25 years ago. Today, Sitall is one of the leading printing companies in Siberia. Its range includes packaging and label printing as well as commercial, book, and magazine printing. “Ours is a full-service concept. Customers are becoming more demanding and specialized, and we want to impress them every time with best results,” says Yuliia Ganusova. The company serves regional customers such as agencies, publishers, industrial companies, and also international corporations with branches and plants in Russia. Based in Western Siberia, Sitall is active all the way to the far east of Russia in the label and packaging segment.
The decision to purchase the new Speedmaster with Anicolor inking unit was an easy one for the long-standing customer of Heidelberg, since its benefits and effectiveness were already well known. Alongside a Speedmaster SM 74-6 and a Quickmaster DI 46-4, the company has already had a Speedmaster SX 52-4 Anicolor since 2012. “Our paper savings were already simply sensational with the first Anicolor press. We’ve since geared all of our logistics to this, thereby drastically reducing makeready times and paper waste,” says Yuliia Ganusova. “For sustainable success, we always need the latest and most efficient technology. This lets us hold our own against ever more intense competition.”
