Working across all relevant equipment, the apprentice will be involved in learning a variety of skills and techniques using our presses. Working to corporate & customer specifications, you will be given the full understanding of standard printing practices and be supported by a dedicated Team.

Position Description

To develop a broad understanding of the Print Industry. Working across all relevant equipment, the apprentice will be involved in learning a variety of skills and techniques using our Presses.

At times you will work on your own initiative or as part of a busy team. You will be expected to learn and develop knowledge of the department requirements resulting in aiding in both the operation of mechanical and manual processes, as an individual or part of a team, maintaining both quality and efficiency.

To learn and perform the full preparation, operation and maintenance of presses ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality.


  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customer’s and clients during tasks.
  • Understands processes and applies them in working practices.
  • Understands and applies the basic elements and architecture of computer systems.
  • Logical and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to take responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate and to present information clearly and concisely both verbal and written, with good attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to follow instruction and learn new tasks.
