Ria, what is your current job title?
I’m currently in Logistics Customer Support.
What exactly do you do at our company?
I own the complete systemic process for service kits. I’m accountable for inputting accurate data into the logistics software, and work collaboratively with members of the team, other departments, and customers. I create and implement a robust continuity plan with the flexibility to adapt to logistical issues.
In addition, I’m responsible for invoicing customers correctly, arranging collections and courier paperwork, and raising disputes or credits wherever required.
What drew you to HEIDELBERG UK originally?
HEIDELBERG UK is the big name in this industry, and I was drawn to the stability and growth of the business. The company has strong values that I find very relatable, and there’s a positive and inspiring culture within the organisation. In addition, as a large and growing company, I anticipated good career growth opportunities in the future.
How do you see yourself developing in your role?
This role is important in itself, and also as an integral part of my career. I see the role as a way of developing my career in this forward-thinking, well-established organisation. The company has given me great opportunities to learn and grow, and I’m very thankful for these! It’s my privilege to work hard to make the most of the role.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Theatre is my great passion. I like to catch a show whenever I have the opportunity. This year, I was thrilled to be able to watch Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing, Grease and Only Fools and Horses in the theatre. Fitness is also important to me - I also enjoy going to the gym and swimming.
What’s your favourite type of food or cuisine?
I love a good British Sunday roast dinner! It’s my favourite meal.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be?
I’m all about natural beauty. Currently, Croatia is on the top of my places to visit.
