Revised Press Service Engineering Cover.

As a result of a significant reduction in the use of the Press mechanical and electrical engineering cover provided from 22:00pm to 02:00am Sunday to Friday we needed to review the cover we provide. We have decided to amend our hours of Press Service cover. Commencing Tuesday 29th May 2018 our Press service cover will be Monday to Friday 06:00am to 22:00pm, Saturday 06:00am to 14:00pm and Sunday 17:00pm to 24:00am. For Customers who have presses under warranty or are covered by a Service Contract which includes remote support, you can continue to access remote electrical support at the GEN 24/7 facility in Weisloch Germany. This gives 24 hour support 7 days a week for 363 days a year.

We believe the revised hours of cover will give improved and more flexible support to our customers as we will have greater numbers of staff on our standard shift patterns of 06:00am to 14:00pm and 14:00pm to 22:00pm. Our National work Controllers, based in our Customer Support Centre will continue to cover 06:00am to 22:00pm for the logging of calls and allocating work to the Field staff.

The cover for Prepress and Postpress equipment is unchanged.
