Northern Print has replaced an ageing Wohlenberg with a Polar N115 guillotine after assessing various options on the market.
It needed a cutter that could handle 90 to 500gsm work, including bulk trimming of wide format digital jobs. The cutter works around the clock for half of each month, 16 hours a day for the remainder. So Northern Print needed a machine that was robust and reliable.
