Manager Logistics
Location : Chennai

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management
  • Participate in annual business plan with data analytics and trends information.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team and consolidate inputs for forecasting and Procurement planning.
  • Use appropriate tools efficiently to manage the requirements, forecast and plan for procurement.
  • Manage inventory across warehouses with various products including Printing Machine consumables including Inks, Coatings, Rollers, Blankets, Press-room Chemicals/Wash solutions, etc.
  • Effectively manage transportation system to meet the material movement and meet the agreed timelines with cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance adherence law and regulations in carrying out end-to-end processes including Third-party Management.
  • Effectively manage Communication with Sales Team, Customers, Suppliers, Vendors and all the stakeholders.
  • Proactively coordinate with internal customers including Finance Team, Sales Team, Sales Coordinators and ensure smooth workflow and add value to improve Customer satisfaction
  • Proficiently manage data analytics and periodically report to the Sales Team and to the Management Team
  • Proactively plan the requirements and be supportive to ensure on-time procurement and delivery, throughout the month despite Weekends and Holidays.
  • Partner and communicate timely with Domestic and International Suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Customs, clearance agencies, transportation, loaders, Government procedures and manage agreed delivery terms.
  • Encourage and continuously motivate the team members to manage pressure and critical deliveries.
  • Understand the customer requirement during crisis and offer proactive solutions.
  • Liaise and negotiate with Suppliers, Manufacturers, Dealers and Direct Customers
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints, coordinate with Insurance team with accurate data, information at the time of requirement.
  • Participate in training provided for Sales team and offer inputs and support sales team product knowledge competency
  • Periodically conduct Warehouse audit and informal visits to strengthen third party handling our materials in par with agreement
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce periodically

Desired Profile:

  • Graduates with 8 to 10 years hands-on experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management
  • Post-Graduation in Supply Chain Management would be preferred.
  • Be a strong team player and lead from the front
  • Ability to manage, coach and provide training to the team
  • Handle critical conversations amicably
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software would be an added advantage
  • Willing to travel frequently across Sales Territories and Warehouses
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi are mandatory
  • Willing to manage the deliverables during Weekends and Holidays

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Create leads and ensure conversions
  • Participate in Annual sales plan with Sales date and trends
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Enhance with Customer Relationship Management with latest market improvement inputs.
  • Create leads and be instrument in developing accounts.

  • Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities including customer feedback periodically
  • Follow up on the leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience with 3-5 Years in Inside sales/ Teleselling
  • Engineering Graduate from Printing/Graphic Art/Ink Industry would be preferred
  • Candidate from Service Engineer background can also apply
  • Willing to take up additional responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven Telesales experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Hindi are Mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
