High-speed label printing with consistent quality.

Combining high-speed performance with precise register control, the Gallus Flexomaster operates at speeds of up to 200 m/min without compromising accuracy. Its optimised ink chamber delivers stable ink transfer with minimal splashing and reduced foaming. Every aspect of the press is designed for simple, efficient operation, from quick cylinder changes on the Gallus RDC Quick die-cutter to seamless control through the integrated HMI (Human Machine Interface) or directly at the print unit.

Available in a 440 mm web width configuration, the Gallus Flexomaster combines flexographic and screen-printing capabilities with selected converting and embellishment options in a focused, purpose-built platform.

HMI touch panel

The intuitive HMI touch panel is clearly designed and reinforces the user-friendliness of the Gallus Flexomaster.

Ink chamber

The ink chamber is designed for high printing speeds and reduces foaming while ensuring optimum ink transfer to the anilox rollers.

Servomotors

Two servomotors in the flexographic printing unit drive both the printing cylinder and anilox roller, ensuring typical premium Gallus print quality.
