Boesmueller replaces two combination folding machines by one Stahlfolder KH 82-P.

Boesmueller, a Lower-Austrian print shop, has chosen a new Stahlfolder KH 82-P to replace a Stahlfolder KD 78 and KH 78. In Stockerau, close to Vienna, the fully integrated print shop produces both packaging and commercial products with 45 employees.
Not only the performance of the folding machine, which is reliably in operation since the beginning of the year, has been convincing, but also the support provided by the Heidelberg Service team during implementation. Through trainings on the Stahlfolder KH 82-P, Heidelberg instructors were able to convince the operators of the performance and quality of the shingled folding principle. The high performance and simple operation of the machine did not leave any doubts that Boesmueller had chosen the right folding machine.
The extensive machine park in the postpress department also includes a Stahlfolder KH 66 and Stahlfolder Ti 52, a saddle stitcher Stitchmaster ST 450 as well as three Polar cutting machines. A die-cutter and a folder gluer are handling the packaging applications. For special stamping and embossing work, a Heidelberg Tiegel and a Cylinder are available. The postpress department operates in a two-shift model.
Recently, a new Speedmaster XL 106-8-P+L was installed. The prepress department is equipped with a Topsetter and the Prinect workflow.
