Heidelberg product portfolio of finishing machines is extended by partial acquisition of Jagenberg Group

100 Years of Offset Printing; transfer of the Digital Division to Eastman Kodak Co. and the Web Offset Division to Goss International

2005

Heidelberg is the first German equipment supplier to the Print Media Industry to establish an assembly plant in China

2006

The 1,000th unit of a Speedmaster XL 105 was manufactured at the Wiesloch plant; Heidelberg invests in Wiesloch site: building of a new assembly hall for the production of the large format machines; Disposal of Linotype GmbH

2007

On the occassion of the 50th anniversary of the Wiesloch plant it was renamed into "Wiesloch-Walldorf" plant; Delivery of the 1,000,000th Impression Cylinder from Amstetten

Under the drupa motto "HEI Performance - HEI Value" Heidelberg presents its new Speedmaster XL 145 and XL 162 models

2010

60th anniversary of the Heidelberg and Polar (cutting systems) partnership; Heidelberg presents Speedmaster CX 102 at IPEX; the Amstetten foundry celebrates its 25th anniversary

2011

Heidelberg and Ricoh announce their cooperation in digital printing at DIGI:MEDIA; takeover of CSAT, an expert of digital printing solutions for packaging printing

2012

At drupa 2012, Heidelberg presents with its HEI topics solutions that enable print shops and postpress businesses to meet the latest market requirements; announcement of a global strategic partnership with Landa Corporation

2015

With the beginning April 2015, HEIDELBERG hives its activities in casting products in Amstetten off the AG into a new, independent company the Heidelberg Manufacturing Deutschland GmbH.
