The right solution for every requirement: with MK Masterwork, we offer a wide range of different postpress machines from the familiar MK DIana folder gluers to MK die cutters and hot-foil machines for all needs -- from entry-level machines to highly industrialized solutions.
With an output of 7,700 sheets per hour and short set-up times, the entry-level Easymatrix 106 C/CS stands for productivity and cost-effectiveness. It processes materials from 90 to 2,000 g/m². Even corrugated board up to 4 mm thickness can be processed.
The compact Diana Go 85, with a running performance of up to 300 m/min., is the perfect solution for companies just getting started or needing additional production support. The machine processes many types of packages such as straightline, lock bottom and mailing envelopes. A flexible folding carton gluing machine with the highest safety standards, proven Diana technology and an unbeatable price-performance ratio.
The Diana Easy has very fast and comfortable changeover processes, an operator friendly design and highest quality build standards. With a maximum speed of 300 m/min the Diana Easy is perfectly equipped for a wide range of applications. The machine is available in the format range of 85 cm and 115 cm and can easily handle products with a maximum product length of 600 mm. Cartons of 200-600 g/m² and up to an E-flute of corrugated material can be processed. The Diana Easy fits perfectly for the lower to middle range performance segments.
DCC purchased an Easymatrix 106 CS and Diana Easy 115 to increase its overall throughput and alleviate the issues it was facing with its ten-year-old die cutting and folding gluing technology.
“We needed a folder-gluer, but we didn’t have a large enough facility. Then Heidelberg introduced the Diana Go, which has the same features, build quality, speed, and throughput as you get with larger machines, but in a format that actually fits in our facility.”
With an aging diecutter, Suttle-Straus had limited capabilities — forcing the company to send out a lot of work. While quality was still high, Suttle- Straus lost a lot of control and timing of its diecutting work, which led the company to the Easymatrix 106 CS.
