Speedmaster XL 105-4+L and Speedmaster XL 105-6+L. Success based on machines that are synonymous with productivity.
“Speedmaster doesn’t just mean maximum performance – it’s the full package. Besides productivity, it also meets criteria such as flexibility, reliability, efficiency, and unlimited machine availability,” says Angela Strein, Managing Director of long-standing print shop Zielger, describing the outstanding advantages of the company’s Speedmaster presses. “The Speedmaster covers all requirements with ease – whether it be for standardized commercial jobs or printing 14-color label sheets.
Ziegler was founded as far back as 1879 in Neckarbischofsheim, which lies between Heilbronn and Heidelberg. Originally specializing in newsprint, the company today offers a wide range of services from advertising materials, labels, and cardboard to integrated crossmedia services. Some 65 employees work in two- to three-shift operation at the full-service printing company, which also offers digital printing and digital media services.
An investment in the Speedmaster XL 105-4+L in 2007 was followed by a second Speedmaster XL 105-6+L in 2012. Synonymous with productivity, these two presses have already produced more than 150 million sheets! When the average run size is 5,000 sheets, fast job changes and high flexibility are crucial. “We print a wide variety of jobs featuring inline die cutting, drip-off and soft-touch coatings, and spot colors. Thanks to its high level of automation, the Speedmaster XL 105 meets all these requirements with minimum makeready times,” says Strein. “We are prepared for every eventuality!”
