The workflow:
First, a POLAR high‑speed cutter cuts the label material into strips, either in‑line or off‑line. The automatic cutter POLAR Autocut 25 then takes these strips and cuts them into label stacks. A pusher device on the Autocut 25 front table transfers each label stack to the DC system die‑cutter.
After die‑cutting, the label stacks are automatically pushed to the single‑station bander BD, where they are banded. The ultrasonic welding unit integrated into the BD requires no preheating, is always ready for operation, and saves material. It also avoids unpleasant odors.
of up to 960 bundles per 60 minutes with a minimum of manpower
allows to perform a job change in only 15 minutes
allows to position the cutting die in line with the printed image with just one pack
via fixing the material
Thanks to its robust design, the system is virtually fail-safe
