Prinect Package Designer, the efficient CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design / Manufacturing)-system for packaging and die cutting tools, makes it very simple to draft folding cartons and displays etc. and create the corresponding sheet layouts, e.g. for die cutting tools and sheet assembly. Digital Front End for Primefire
Highly efficient digital presses for industrial production require optimally developed workflows. The Prinect DFE for Primefire 106 includes not only for this printing machine optimized color and substrate management, but also various tools for quick parametrization of print jobs, respectively automation of production.

To use the Gallus Labelfire 340 to full capacity and produce with lowest costs, the optimum solution is to integrate Cerm MIS which is optimized for narrow-web labels. Cerm offers fast and easy estimation and administration for print jobs, optimized planning for jobs on roles and material management, as well as an integrated web shop “Web4Labels” which allows your customer to order his jobs at any time.
We will show you, how a new label is uploaded in the web shop, automatically checked and prepared for print in Prinect, approved by customer and ordered with other labels. Short run lengthes and many and/or often changing spot colors are a special challenge not only in packaging production. They require longer make-ready time and sometimes even several print runs and cause by this high production costs. With Multicolor we show you how most spot colors can be replaced by 5 to 7 standard process colors. Not only make ready time and costs to store or mix spot color inks are reduced, but as well color shifts can be avoided. Color shifts in light areas from only slightly changing dot gains result in visible color differences of the entire run. If the color is created with a more neutral ink like e.g. beige or brown, these differences are nearly unvisible.
We show you how e.g. our digital print machines Gallus Labelfire 340 or Heidelberg Primefire by default use CMYK plus optional orange, green and violet to simulate spot colors, and/or which opportunities are available for Offset printing.
