COVID-19 Update

“We have decided that we will suspend the Sunday Out of Hours Press Service Support from 5pm to 12:00pm midnight due to the complete lack of customer requests for support at these times. We believe that the fall in use has come about for a number of reasons including reduction in shift patterns, furloughing of staff and reductions in the number of presses in use at these times. The Sunday Out of Hours Press Service Support from 5pm to 12:00pm midnight will be suspended from Sunday 26th April until the Coronavirus Pandemic is over. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. When you need on-site assistance - breakdown repairs, equipment moves, refurbishment, or training -just call upon one of our highly qualified Heidelberg Systemservice technicians.

In many parts of the country we can offer a three shift service and our team visit the remotest parts of the UK to keep our customers in production. Individual services are charged on an hourly basis or an agreed fixed charge.

If you identify a need for refresher training of your operators on applications or maintenance activities, we will be happy to develop bespoke programmes for you.
