Simply Smart Open House embraces technology and mindset changes.

Heidelberg’s Open House in Brentford on 29 and 30 March will highlight many of the new developments shown at drupa, as well as products that were not there, including two B2 presses, a Speedmaster XL 75-5+L a Speedmaster XL 75-4 equipped with LED-UV curing. Both are proving to be commercial successes in terms of new orders.

“Simply Smart” is the theme of our open house and visitors can expect hard facts and figures to help them make the best business decisions as well as feedback from early adopters of new technology.

The Speedmaster XL 75-5+L is equipped to demonstrate the new ‘push to stop’ autonomous printing concept,” says Jim Todd, sales director.

“Among the highlights will be the hugely popular new Stahlfolder for high volume, high quality production (the TH/KH 82-P), the conventional and LE-UV Speedmaster options both featuring Inpress Control 2 register and colour control, Business Manager MIS and Prinect version 17 workflow modules plus everything from digital printing and consumables through to guillotines and packaging postpress options.”

Partners Winters (cover materials), Sappi (paper), Morgana (digital finishing), Muller Martini (stitchers and binders), Swemko (guillotine knives) and Paragon Finance will attend with experts available to discuss relevant issues.

The event will include presentations and workshops and guests will be provided with refreshments during the day as well as lunch.
