Located at our national headquarters in Brentford is our integrated Customer Support Centre. It provides centralised resources including dispatch, helpdesk, technical support and logistics back up to our customers directly and also via our expert field staff. These factory-trained engineers, electricians, technical staff and demonstrators located throughout the UK work to maximise the uptime of our customers.
Heidelberg's comprehensive showroom facilities are exceptional. In addition to offering demonstrations of the wide range of graphic arts solutions we supply, it also enables us to provide another dimension to our support services. Customers can benefit from consultancy, training, technical testing and product trialling services. This is all part of our quest to help our customers maintain peak performance.
We are proud that so many Heidelberg customers set the pace in printing and packaging. Their success may partly stem from having the best equipment money can buy but it is in no small part due to their having access to the excellent and sector-leading service and support we can offer, too.
