  • DryStar Combination, based on infrared, hot-air and circulated-air modules, has been specifically designed to complement sheet travel - for outstanding drying results.
  • The PowderStar AP 500 Duo ensures efficient dual-sided powder application.
  • The CleanStar process air cleaning system minimizes odor and dust levels in the production environment.
  • The Prinect Press Center forwards all preset values to the delivery.
  • All sheet guidance elements at the Preset Plus Delivery move automatically into position once the sheet format and printing stock thickness have been entered.
  • Fine-tuning is easy and convenient using the delivery control panel’s touchscreen and jogwheel.
  • The presettable dynamic sheet brake decelerates sheets in a controlled manner, even when operating at top speed.
  • The delivery air system is also presettable and uses a stream of air that can be precisely calibrated to ensure that the pile is formed with the neatly aligned edges essential for fast and optimum finishing.
  • Two suction segment disks in the delivery pick up the sheet and transport it safely around the sprocket wheel shaft which, together with the air-assisted sheet guidance provided by the sheet guide plate, ensures smooth sheet travel.
