Fi 52 flat pile feeder
The Fi 52 flat pile feeder turns the Stahlfolder Ti 52 into a specialist for processing many smaller jobs with frequent format changes. Sheet separation using airwing blowers and two-hole suction wheel with PU coating guarantees an extremely reliable process, because the sheets are dependably fed to the register table. A ball rail with prismatic guide on the register table ensures optimum sheet alignment and transfer to the first buckle plate folding unit, also with difficult transverse formats. Reliability is also enhanced by digital control of the suction cycles by the DCT 500 digital control system and a double sheet detector right after the two-hole suction wheel.

The optional sheet separator with Tremat delivers even greater productivity and reliability. Another optional feature automatically moves the feed board to the best ergonomic height for the operator to load the feeder.

Ri 52 round continuous feeder
The Ri 52 round continuous feeder noticeably boosts the performance of the Stahlfolder Ti 52: it enables about 20 percent greater output per day than a flat pile feeder, because it operates non-stop without interrupting production for loading. This also has a positive impact when working with gluers, for example: non-stop operation prevents drying of the glue. This round continuous feeder is ideal for intermediate to long runs. It also feeds wavy sheets, prefolded signatures and webprinted sheets without any problems. This versatility is achieved because sheets are singled and fed in a shingled stream.

The loading capacity can be increased with an optional pivoting feed board: the ideal accessory for all demanding non-stop runs.
