Stahlfolder Ti 40
The Stahlfolder Ti 40 is equipped with three combination buckle plates per folding unit as standard equipment. This greatly simplifies make-readies and speeds up job changes.
A major boon for operators is the DCT 500 digital control system with self-learning mode and automatic suction and gap settings.
The Stahlfolder Ti 40 delivers high output and precise folds. Even the basic version with one folding unit and three buckle plates can perform all popular parallel folds for short-run applications. The optional second unit boosts flexibility further with additional folding capabilities. And the KBi 36 right-angle knife unit can be easily inserted after the first or second unit for even greater versatility.
When equipped with the ACC 2.4 digital controller and FFP pneumatic gate fold buckle plate, the Stahlfolder Ti 40 can also be used to produce gate folds.
