Three Feeder Versions - Designed for Different Requirements
With flat pile, round continuous and pallet feeders, the
Stahlfolder TH/KH offer the ideal feeder system for every need.
Combining a feeder with the appropriate delivery boosts the
machine's cost efficiency on a lasting basis. For example, a single
person can easily operate a round continuous feeder combined with a
Twinstacker with lateral pack output.
RFH round continuous feeder
The RFH round continuous feeder is especially well suited for
medium-length to long runs. This feeder version also lets you
easily process prefolded, preperforated or prepunched products. It
features the lowest loading height of is class for outstanding
ergonomics. The advantage of the round continuous feeder is that it
enables high output in non-stop mode: There is no need to interrupt
feeding of sheets to replenish it. The low pile height of only
eight centimeters (3.15 inches) also permits problemfree processing
of wavy and bulky sheets.
PFH pallet feeder
The PFH pallet feeder is mainly used for medium-length to
long runs and large formats. Sheets for folding are carried
straight into the feeder on a pallet using a forklift. The bottom
line is that the pallet feeder ensures high output - with only
brief interruptions for loading an entire pallet at a time. The
physical exertion required of the operator is small, even when
processing large-format sheets.
FFH flat pile feeder
The FFH flat pile feeder is ideal for small- to medium-length
runs. The sheets are manually loaded and lie horizontally on top of
one another in a pile. The flat pile feeder is an affordable,
economical feeder version. Its benefits also include a small
footprint and fast makeready.
