Second Varnish Supply System
Two different varnish supply systems on the same coating unit lead to higher flexibility in your production process, - by using for example two different types of varnish in turn. Furthermore you can avoid downtimes for cleaning and maintenance operations, by cleaning one system while continuing production using the other one.
This hardware upgrade is available for all Speedmaster SM 102 presses with coating unit, independent of whether they are equipped with a two roller system or with a chambered blade (this option is not available when using Flexo-Kit). The upgrade is applicable as of serial number 537478 - 545629.

Spare Units "Modular Blanket Wash-up Device"
Your presses are equipped with modular blanket wash-up devices that can be easily removed and replaced by spare ones to be cleaned without disrupting operations. Using our spare units for the "Modular Blanket Wash-up Device", you always have the possibility to clean one device while the press continues to run its job. This hardware upgrade is available for all Speedmaster SM 102 presses as of 1998.

Flexible Sheet Separation Blowers and Laser Pointers
The two flexible separation blowers at each side of the paper staple can be set individually on your Preset Plus Feeder to optimize the air distribution and make the transport of the sheets into the feed table more efficient. Integrated laser pointers beam a laser light towards the staple from both sides, thereby helping to position the paper faster and safer. This hardware upgrade is available for all Speedmaster SM 102 machines as of serial number: 544788 - 546216.

- Two flexible sheet blowers for each side of the feeder, with integrated laser pointers
- Electrical cables for both laser pointers
Benefits
- Improved adjustment options thanks to the individual setting of the blowers
- The pile is better loosened up, in particular when processing thin grammages
- Better positioning of the pile on the pile support plate by applying laser pointers at both sides of the feeder
