Sheet Brake with Suction Tapes
|
|
|
The newly designed sheet brake with suction tapes develops higher holding power compared to the former suction tapes as their contact surface is now bigger. The reduced surface speed of the tapes improves sheet slow-down and supports safe sheet lay-down in the delivery. With this modified brake, all stocks up to 0.6 millimeter can now be delivered more safely and reliably even at full press speed. This hardware upgrade is available for all multi-color Printmaster 52 machines.

| New closed sheet guide plates |
Closed Sheet Guide Plates
The new closed sheet guide plates replace the former sheet guide rails underneath the transfer cylinder I and above the transfer cylinder II, as well as the cardboard guide rails above the transfer cylinder II. When using the closed sheet guide plates, the sheet guide rails and their adjustment are no longer needed. This saves a lot of time.
To ensure mark-free sheet travel through the press, it is now only necessary to have an image-free area of two millimeters at the rear sheet edge.This hardware upgrade is available for all Printmaster PM 52 machines.

Non-Stop Delivery
The non-stop option in the delivery of the press allows a continuous production over long runs or for smaller piles without stopping the press. The pile can be changed while continuing production through the function of the stacking rake. This hardware upgrade is available for all Printmaster PM 52 machines.
