CANopen - the Intelligent Operating Concept.
The Star System peripherals are fully integrated into the press
operating concept thanks to future-oriented CANopen technology.
This allows ergonomic monitoring and control of virtually all Star
components from the central
Prinect Press Center.
You can use CANopen to preset peripherals. All dryer, air and powder settings can be stored with the job. The press then automatically adopts the relevant presettings for repeat jobs, saving you valuable time.
CANopen enables you to incorporate peripherals in Remote Service from Heidelberg. Heidelberg technicians have an overview of the status of all peripherals on their computers and are thus able to answer a large number of questions over the phone.
