When a Heidelberg customer decides to upgrade a current installation to the latest state-of-the art equipment, we can frequently offer the trade-in machine to other printers. Heidelberg offices around the world work closely together to ensure that the machines offered through our network are appropriate for our customers and can be relied on to give good performance and reliable service for years to come.
All trade-in machines are carefully inspected by trained Heidelberg engineers, and only those which meet stringent standards are offered through our network. In many cases, prior to installation in your factory, parts will be replaced where necessary and the machine will be cleaned, even newly painted. Naturally, whenever any parts are replaced, we only use genuine Heidelberg parts. The entire process is carefully tailored to your particular needs and budgetary requirements, in consultation with your local Heidelberg specialists.
Finally, some selected machines will undergo a unique Heidelberg process of refurbishment in one of our specially equipped centers thereby qualifying for the Certified Remarketed by Heidelberg quality seal. Needless to say, we stand by our work and back-up our quality seal with a genuine Heidelberg guarantee.
