Changes to Employee Representatives on the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG

• Johanna Klein and Berthold Huber resigned their seats effective  March 31, 2006
• Beate Schmitt and Jörg Hofmann officially appointed at the beginning of April 2006

The following changes have occurred regarding the employee representation on the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg): Johanna Klein (57) and Berthold Huber (56) have resigned from the Supervisory Board with effect from March 31, 2006.

The Mannheim Court of Registration has - in accordance with the company's application - formally appointed their successors in early April 2006 as follows: Jörg Hofmann (50), regional head of IG Metall, Baden-Württemberg, nominated by IG Metall, and Beate Schmitt (40), Works Council member, Heidelberg-Wiesloch, nominated by the Group Works Council.
