When starting their professional training at Heidelberg in Germany, apprentices work in projects teams from day one. In Germany, Heidelberg offers a dual vocational training program in cooperation with vocational schools, universities of cooperative education and universities of applied sciences. The duration of the training is dependent on your present level of education and requirements, and usually lasts between three and four years.
