As our partner you would be expected to continuously reduce costs - this includes providing efficient supply logistics that match our production needs. Providing spare parts, components and systems to safeguard the functioning and reliability of our printing machines
Achieving our quality standards by consistently following our zero-defect strategy

Selection and development of our suppliers
In order to safeguard quality, Heidelberg has set up a standardized system worldwide for selecting and evaluating suppliers. During the clearing procedure, the candidates must pass through several stages before they achieve the status of "Approved Supplier" and their first contract is concluded. Our goal is to work together in a strategic partnership. This is characterized by the fact that already in the development phase we work together with our "Preferred Suppliers" and put them in charge of problem solving.
