DryingMonitor - Drying Under Control.
Reliable information on drying quality is now available for the
first time thanks to the DryingMonitor measuring instrument, which
is far more accurate than very subjective thumb testing. The system
records all the relevant air volumes and temperatures in the drying
process together with the air humidity and the water content of the
coating applied and uses the data to determine the drying quality.
This allows even more reliable and targeted production control and
minimizes the risk of sheets sticking together in the pile or
yellowing. The result is perfect drying with minimized energy
consumption and lower operating costs.
