Heidelberg Systemservice is there for you whenever required. You receive the exact support you need via our telephone hotlines, the Internet or on-site consultation.

Heidelberg customers get access to a dedicated team of experts that they can call directly with questions and problems. They are encouraged to contact the helpdesk as a first course of action, rather than immediately putting in a request for on-site service. Customers who do so do not lose their place in line for on-site service.

The process begins with the customer calling and giving a brief description of the problem, which is recorded and passed along to the appropriate technician.
