The SAK and SAL stream deliveries are self-contained units with
their own drives that output single or multiple-ups in a shingled
stream on either a short (SAK) or a long (SAL) delivery table. They
represent ideal solutions for short to medium-length runs. The SAK
and SAL stream deliveries are flexibly deployable and able to
handle a wide variety of products, formats and product thicknesses.
The infeed height and transport speed can be infinitely set to
optimally adjust the shingled stream to the product.
The SAL stream delivery is primarily used with largeformat
buckle plate folders and mailing lines. Its main advantage: a long
delivery table that has room for considerably more signatures than
that of the SAK. This eases the operator's workload, and inline
glued products have more time to dry before being removed - for
more reliable production.
