You have the choice. Our customers have different demands and requirements for their cutting plates, which is why we offer two punching sheet metal qualities:

Cutting Plate Premium. This plate meets the highest quality standards for cutting plates:

• Thickness tolerance
• Parallelism
• Flatness
• Cold-rolled steel quality

Cutting Plate Premium offers the following advantages:

• Best measurement and planning stability provide shorter adjustment and confi guration times with metal sheet changes
• The work with optimized punching pressure increases the lifespan of the sheet metal
• Working reliability and protection of machine parts

Cutting Plate Classic. This plate is suitable for all applications and customer groups and has an attractive price advantage.

The Heidelberg difference. Heidelberg® cutting plates have an insignifi cant weight due to the thickness of only 1 mm, which helps minimize the fine dust on punched cardboard. All Heidelberg cutting plates are confi gured for use with Heidelberg sheet punching devices, guaranteeing optimal punching results, long lifespan, fl exibility, and ease of use.
