The Dymatrix 106 Pro high-performance die cutter is ideal for a
whole host of applications - from short to long runs and from
complex layouts to just-in-time packaging production. Benefiting
from extensive automation for short makeready times, this die
cutter meets the demands of folding carton manufacturers and
postpress specialists for greater flexibility and maximum
productivity.
With a maximum sheet size of 76 x 106 centimeters (29.92 x
41.73 inches), the Dymatrix 106 Pro is perfectly coordinated with
the Speedmaster XL 105. Operating at speeds of up to 9,000 sheets
per hour with a cutting force of 330 metric tons, this flexible die
cutter ensures smooth processing of a wide range of materials
including paper from grammages of 80 gsm, cardboard up to a weight
per unit area of 2,000 gsm, and corrugated board up to four
millimeters (0.16 inches) thick. This versatility makes the
Dymatrix 106 Pro the perfect solution for making folding cartons
from either cardboard or corrugated board and for label/coaster
production.
