The flexible Eurobind 1300/1300 PUR adhesive binder is the answer
to the requirements of industrial commercial printers and postpress
specialists for consistently high product quality. Today, the range
of products being processed in adhesive binders is just as varied
as the run sizes themselves. When it comes to meeting customer
needs and ultimately achieving cost-efficiency in either
traditional advertising printing or digital printing, the Eurobind
1300/1300 PUR offers maximum flexibility for everything from
long-run catalogs and high-quality brochures to one-off digitally
personalized photo books.
The professional four-clamp adhesive binder, capable of
mechanical machine speed as high as 1,300 cycles per hour, is ideal
for processing a wide range of block formats with block widths of
up to 300 mm (11.81 in), block thicknesses of up to 45 mm (1.77
in), and cover formats up to a total width of 680 mm (26.77 in). It
also ensures that even very short runs can always be produced
cost-effectively, since various automated functions keep makeready
times to a minimum.
