Hycolor - Brilliant Print Quality
The innovative Hycolor inking and dampening system stands for top
print quality at speeds exceeding 15,000 sheets per hour. Hycolor
sets new standards for quality and flexibility, thanks to its new
inking unit geometry and comprehensively automated switching
positions. The possibility of selecting either a standard or a
short inking unit makes the ink supply extremely stable during the
printing process, and causes the inking unit to react to ink zone
changes promptly. The different vibrator cycle settings achieve top
colour stability throughout the entire print run.
The separate temperature control system for the ink fountain
roller has its own water cycle. The temperature is therefore more
precise, and the temperature and viscosity of the ink are
maintained at a constant level throughout the entire print run.
With the optimized roller washup device, cleaning times are reduced
even further, so you can carry out ink changes in even less time.
