Prinect Online Kit

The Prinect Online Kit coordinates interaction between the various presses and provides a straightforward integration solution. It enables all Speedmaster presses equipped with a CPTronic/CPC 1-04 control console to be integrated in module form into your printshop's digital workflow. This will also be possible for Printmaster PM 52 and Printmaster PM 74 presses from fall 2004. This means that, even in a mixed system environment where presses are equipped with the Prinect CP2000 Center and CPTronic/CPC
1-04 or Prinect Classic Center, you can create an all-digital workflow.

The Prinect Online Kit performs efficient job management. While one job is being processed, the next is being prepared. The internal job memory can store up to 5,000 standard or repeat jobs with all relevant press settings and these can then be called up as and when required. The Prinect
Online Kit also offers the possibility of online connection to the Prinect products Prinect Prepess Interface and Plate Image Reader. This results in a dramatic reduction in make-ready times and waste paper. The press operator also has access to online help at all times to answer any queries that may arise. The press is still operated from the CPTronic/CPC 1-04 control console or Prinect Classic Center.
