PDM

The Production Data Management PDM software module ensures precise recording of operating data from folders and saddlestitchers within the Prinect workflow. This data is automatically transferred to Prinect FCS 100. The PCS100.1 counter is also used to record and evaluate manual workstations and assemblies from other manufacturers.

PDM records and reports all the relevant job-related production data to Prinect FCS 100, including machine status, makeready time, makeready sheets, speed, number of sheets and remaining production time. This provides the necessary basis for business-management evaluation of jobs. The current production status can be viewed online in the network at any time and subsequent jobs can be planned well in advance.

The production data acquired from folders, saddlestitchers and other assemblies can be transferred for business-management evaluation purposes to Prinect Data Control or directly to Prinect Prinance.
